Last Man Standing

I spent the day exploring the farm land just north east of Perth. With the cloud cover providing an interesting background, I took this shot of one of the last trees on this ridge. While I like the scene as I took the photo, it wasn't until I viewed it on the screen when I was back at my computer that I really appreciated the shapes and lines that the branches were creating.

In the end I felt this square crop best managed the horizon that I clearly wasn't going to be able to straighten.
