Hiking Adventure in the Lake District for a Mountain Sunset

In this Landscape Photography vlog, I travel up to the Lake District in Northern England to experience the majestic mountains, lakes and vistas that the region is famous for.

As I’m not familiar with the area, I enlist the help of fellow Landscape Photographer and YouTube Creator Adam Karnacz from First Man Photography. Together we hike up Haystacks and  walk along the top of the ridge and then back down to Buttermere. Along the way we witnessed stunning views and capture amazing vistas that helped tell the story of our adventure.

Due to the harsh light, we used graduated and neutral density filters to reduce the light as well as bracketed shots.

I’d like to personally thank Adam for agreeing to meet up and collaborate with me, this hike through the Lake District was a highlight of my trip over to the UK. It’s always a good day with you climb and mountain, take photos and make a new mate…thanks Adam!
